White Shores Realty, LLC, is an amazing Real Estate Agency located on Alabama's beautiful gulf coast. The agency was created in 2005 by a mother and son team who specialized in property listings, sales, and pre-construction. It was founded and still operates on Christian morals and values due to the owers' faith in God. The real estate market was on a rise during this time and business was booming! Good Realtors were a hot comodity.
In 2005, Alabama Gulf Coast real estate was in high demand by investors and "flippers" becuase of the incline in the real estate market due to the hurricanes that were hitting the surrounding coastlines and leaving them in disrepair. There were many high rise condominiums being built all at the same time. Water front condominiums were in such high demand that the units in the condominium complexes were sold out and "flipped" before the structures were completed. Those were the days! If we only knew then, what we know today.
In the winter of 2009, the broker/owner of the company was approached by Chandler Peed to begin a property rental management division of the company to specialize in vacation rentals. The broker/owner was excited and very interested in the venture. The broker/owner and Chandler Peed became partners in the property rental management division of White Shores Realty, LLC and signed their first client shortly thereafter in 2010. The company is being blessed with growth.
